At ADAPT Virtual Assistance, we take accessibility very seriously. With our values of Compassion, Support and Inclusion we want to ensure our services are delivered to our customers in the most accessible way. Our commitment is to ensure that our website and courses are inclusive and usable by everyone, regardless of ability. We believe that accessibility is a fundamental part of delivering high-quality learning experiences and digital content.
We acknowledge that there are known accessibility issues on this site. These issues are actively being addressed, and remediation work is currently in progress. Our goal is to provide a fully accessible experience for all users.
An accessibility audit was performed November 2025, by an accessibility professional from the disability community. This audit has guided our remediation efforts and continues to inform our accessibility roadmap.
Our target is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This standard represents a strong commitment to accessibility and inclusivity, and we are working diligently to achieve compliance.
If you encounter any accessibility barriers while using our website or courses, please contact us via email: [email protected] . We welcome your feedback and will make every effort to resolve issues promptly.
Below is a list of the common high priority issues we are working on and workarounds which can be used. This is not an exhaustive list, but the most common accessibility issues currently identified:
Presently our landmarks and skip links have not been set up and our pages are not all on the same template which can lead to different interactions from page to page. While we work to correct this, we advise screen reader users to navigate by headings to find the information they need and/or navigate by the Elements List to skip repeated menu content.
Our modals and popups, unfortunately they do not immediately capture keyboard focus when they appear on screen. They will however capture focus if the user moves back to the browser title bar and then move focus back to the page.
Zoom: Text only zoom
On most of our pages the text only zoom is currently constrained. If you wish to increase the size of text you will need to use browser or device zoom rather than text only zoom.
Unfortunately some of our errors are generated on blur and some errors presented on screen are not clearly communicated to screen reader users or braille displays. We are working hard to ensure this is corrected in a timely manner. If you find on submission on any forms you are not moved to a new page, please navigate back through the fields and check the information or navigate in browse move. We apologise for the inconvenience.
